I continue to find fish in relation to the 2 "hot holes". Water temperatures have moderated somewhat after the artic snap earlier in the month, but the effects of the hot hole waters is still significant. Ramsey Crk has been productive. Though it's hard to know which creek to check, I'm also finding stripers and catfish in the backs of cold creeks feeding on stunned or dead threadfin shad. Sea birds are almost always feeding on these same baits, and are very good indicators of where the action is. Mountain Crk, Cornelius Crk, & Rocky Crk are historically productive areas to look for this phenomenum.
